What are your shipping charges

We provide free shipping for all of our lovely customers within Malaysia. No matter how many you want, we will deliver to your home!

What is the delivery time

Your order will be processed up to 3 business days to be ready for delivery.

For East Malaysia, the delivery time will be 2- 5 business days after the order leaves our distribution center.

For West Malaysia, the delivery time will be 1-3 business days after the order leaves our distribution center.

For orders done before 3pm, processing day will be counted on that day. For orders done after 3pm, processing day will start on the next business day. Processing up to 3 business days. To track your order, please input your tracking number here.

Delivery Rules and Restrictions

Orders are shipped on working days only, Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm, excluding public holidays in Malaysia. All deliveries must be signed upon receipt.

What Should you do if you miss the delivery

Missed a delivery attempt from us? Don’t worry, we’ll make another delivery attempt to deliver your order base on your specified shipping address! If we fail to reach you, our delivery provider will leave you a message or give you a call. A re-delivery will be attempted on the next consecutive working day.

How to Track Your Shipping Order

You can login to your account to view the order status by clicking ‘Orders’ under ‘My Account’.

We only provide order tracking function for member. If you placed an order by using guest checkout, you will need to create an account.

Why is your order late

We always aim to deliver your order within our standard delivery times, but sometimes unexpected factors can cause delays in your delivery.

Here are some reasons your delivery might be late:

  1. Your order was shipped during our sales and promotions season.
  2. Your order was placed during a local public holiday.
  3. There were unpredictable circumstances beyond our control.
